By accessing or using Skillbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Account

Skillbase is designed for professional skill development. By using the app, you confirm that:

• •You will provide accurate information when creating your account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• •You will engage in AI roleplays that remain professional and respectful

3. Premium Subscriptions

Skillbase offers both free and premium tiers:

  Free Tier: Limited daily energy, sequential course unlock, and basic features.

  Premium: Unlimited energy, full 20-level system, streak multipliers, and access to all roleplay scenarios.

  Billing: Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Cancellations must be handled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Skillbase, you agree not to:

• •Use the AI roleplay feature for inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• •Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse our AI systems
• •Share account credentials with others
• •Use automated tools to interact with the app
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Skillbase brand, learning framework, AI coaching logic, lesson content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Skillbase. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission. Your user-generated content (such as roleplay conversations) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to improve our services.

6. Disclaimers

Skillbase provides AI-powered simulations for educational and professional development purposes. Our content and coaching:

• •Does not guarantee specific career outcomes or results
• •Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Skillbase at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
